José van der Meer started in 2013 as an Office Assistant at Waterland in Bussum and supports the NL team in all kinds of administrative matters, receives guests and provides the team lunch.

Before joining Waterland, José worked as a precious metal trader at Schöne Edelmetaal, a subsidiary of Degussa Frankfurt. After that, she was an entrepreneur and guided companies in implementing their Corporate Identity with advertising, lettering, and marking. Thereafter she was a manager in a office supplies store. Finally, she worked as an office manager at a real estate company.
