Matthias Floru is Senior Associate at Waterland in Antwerp, Belgium.

Prior to joining Waterland, he worked at McKinsey as Associate, specialised in operations transformations. Matthias started his career at 3D printing company Materialise as Continuous Improvement Engineer.

Matthias holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven, where he graduated with great distinction. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was designated on the Dean’s List.
